Minority Areas Evening Development

The national minority news is the important part of the whole journalism. The real meaning's mass communications of the national minority news appeared more than 100 years ago, but the emergence of evening newspaper in the national minority regions appeared a little later, and its development condition also was paid oppositely less attention by the hinterland.This test tries to commence from diagnosing the evening newspaper condition of the national minority regions, tally up its history experience in the growth process, elaborate it special race characteristic and inquire into the problems they have. And it still discussed the evening newspaper's important functions in the politics, economy and culture of the race regions. Chapter 3 meticulously explains and analyzes the environment of the existence and development of the evening newspaper in the national minority regions from macroscopic margin to tiny view, trying to find out the differences of the evening newspaper in the race regions and hinterland evening newspaper, so as to enlighten the development of race region evening newspaper.And at last, according to the statement and comparison of the evening newspaper of the race regions in the former chapters and also by the writer's rational thinking, this test made a certain estimate and forecast to the development foreground of the race regions' evening newspaper, and also put forward a counterplan of how to develop the newspaper. These estimate and counterplan is accurate and practical or not, which will remains to be seen.
