| According to the demand of the Tianjin railway signal factory, the environment monitoring system of the railway signal power supply room is developed. The system is an intelligent manage system of the low voltage electric power network with high cost performance and complete function including automatically stroing data of the voltage of the power,monitoring the quality of the power and the surrounding of the power supply room.Using the moitoring system ,we can analyze the qualit of the power,seek the cause of accidents,prevent from the accidents and give an alarm in time and make a non-intelligent power screen have the effect of the intelligent power screen.Meeting the technology conditions, to reduce the price and improve the reliability of the system, we use the 32-bit RISC CPU SUMSING 44B0X .The software is programmed with lanuage c and ARM assemble. With the powerful function and satisfying interface such as lcd display, Lcd display, keyboard handling.the system can be opterated conveniently. A superflashSST39VF160 organized as 1MBX16 is used in the system,in which a lot of data can be stored,such as history data and accident data.Based on FFT algorithm,the system can aquire the coefficients offundamental and harmonics of the power.The algorithm has the facuty of high accurate and simplity,which will reduce the burden of the CPU and make processing data faster.In software designing ,firstly we write the whole progam in the method of while-loop,and then with the RTOS system UCOS-II,we improved the software ,whith can make the system's function and the real-time response improved greatly.The system is developed from the former system that is based on the 8-bit single chip computer Winbond's W77ee58, beacause of the limit of the former system. The 8-bit system has been used in railway stations, and i hope the improved 32-bit system can perform well. |
