Assessment Of Cadres Network Of Evaluation Analysis System Development

The thesis described the contents of my participation in the provincial scientific and technological project, which has been used in some colleges for the trial and was well received. The use of it was reported by many websites, such as the China Education Network, Asia Education Network, Sichuan Education Network. Panzhihua Education Network.This project addresses the requirements of organization departments and develops a networking test and analysis system that combines the function of "sea pushed and second recommendation"with"personnel evaluation and annual assessments". The current officer examination, evaluation and annual appraisal work is very hard, which requires more officers and staff to vote and influences the normal teaching and working of colleges a lot with low efficiency in evaluation and analysis. The prevailing software in market is single major software version or machine-readable card form. Due to the developer's lack understanding towards officer organization, especially towards the features, the basic principles and the procedures of college officer organization as well as the thoughts and habits of the participators for evaluation, the developed system is alienated from reality and is difficult to play its role scientifically, objectively, accurately and appropriately, which goes against its acceptance and popularization by organization departments.The system is designed and developed based on the NET framework, the combination of B / S and C / S phase and an object-oriented (OOP) method for analysis. The project including two key points: First is the systems soul -- Construction of Index System, a Index System with the "baton" to guide officers "what to do" and "how to do", to unify the "how the test" of evaluation with the "how to do" of administrative act; secondly, through internet voting and evaluation, it breaks the limits of time and space, makes the voting more flexible in time and larger in range for officers and teachers, reduces the later period management costs of organization department and increases working efficiency and level. I participated in the discussion about the Index System Construction, mainly completed the development of B / S model system. This model is easy-to-use-oriented without necessity to install special software at the client end and it can be managed and maintained simply. It is a system with Intelligent System Operator, simple and compact interface and clear function.This article demonstrates and introduces the"officer assessment test network analysis system"from the internal evaluation system and the external means of achieving it. Chapter I mainly elaborates the purpose of the development of the system and the research status at home and abroad from a macro perspective; Chapter II introduces the basic theory of the evaluation system and technical means; Chapter III demonstrates the built-in evaluation system; Chapter IV mainly describes the design of the system; Chapter V introduces the design and implementation of the system test module which ensures "one person, one vote" for voters; Chapter VI is about the design and the realization of client function, which means the voting module; Chapter VII introduces the design and implementation of server function, which means the management module.
