Nowadays most of big companies are pay lots of attention on understanding customers needs and the capability needs the top levels of managers think building a long term relationship between the customers in the discern of keeping the company careful therefore they all develop by this direction always try to satisfy their customers this is the basic of customer relationship management of business (CRM).This world is getting more and more competitive according to lots of studies people think CRM is not only a technical of satisfying customers .because CRM is not only a system a technical solution but also a thought of management it influences the whole process of CRM .CRM is a front system it including marketing selling and services there main areas it is a manner of satisfying customers .it uses information redesign the relative works and renew the production process from the view of management CRM is from marketing manner CRM.
