In this paper, the basic structure and operation principle of the WIPMsodium fluorescence lidar are introduced. The gathering experiment data andturning over data progress is also described in it. We analysis the data and givethe sodium layer characters over Wuhan using statistic methods. This resultincluded the sodium's overall average character, year average character, dayaverage character, change range and evolvement trend. By comparing withother oversea sodium layer's result, we point out our space progress andsodium varying characters: the varying is stronger and more frequency. Weindicate that meteor shower has a infection on the sodium layer. By classifyingthe sodium layer's configuration and discussing delaminating configuration,we give out some rule about the gravity wave movement. We also give outsome rule about the sodium layer night evolvement and some parametersabout a tidal wave, which have great influence on our sodium layer. We alsoset up the model of sodium layer, and give out its calculating methods andresult. From the observation result of the world individually regional and thesimulation, we demonstrate that the sodium layer's configuration varyingalong with the latitude. We also make a discussion about some chemistryreaction having greater infection on sodium layer. In the end, we demonstratethat the dynamical action has a great contribution on SSL, so we offer certainsustain to the point of view that dynamical action induce SSL.
