With the development and popularity of computer network communications, it becomes increasingly important for users to construct a flexible and reliable information exchange system in order to share the development and utilization of information resources integration. According to the current situations of market and customer's demands, the thesis has designed and realized the network information exchange system. As a network switching nodes, the system includes information transponder, security transmission, routing and other functions. It can meet the exchange of information between different clients and between different systems.The design of network information exchange system based onadvanced network application development middleware - ACE( Adaptive Communication Environment ) , it is a kind ofObject-oriented development tool packet which has realized a lot ofbasic design modes of the communication software.The thesis analyzed the needs of the information sharing and integrating and has put forward a rational solution—network information exchange system in the first section. In the second section, the paper introduced some technological backgrounds. In the third section, the paper analyzed the demands of the network information exchange system, and perform the overall design based on system's practical framework, and analyzed the key technologies in the design. First, it analyzed the advantage of adopting ACE frame technology, narrated the application of the system about different simultaneous strategetic technologies, and contrasted the frame between Reactor and Proactor. Next, the thesis put an idea about ID-based routing. ID-based routing is an information packet routing in application layer, this technique can simplify routing logic, enhance manageability and security. Third, this thesis designed a safety mechanism to protect the safety of information during transmission. In the forth section, the paper performed the detail design, including several codes.Finally, the thesis introduced the application in many government industries by using service system of location information exchange platform, and analyzed the future of this system.
