Radar Transmitter Debugging Support Equipment (RTDSE) is one of the typicalapplications for military high-power controlling system. It is an indispensable part in laterphase of developing high-power radar transmitter. It functions as simulation of controllingfor the switch on/off of radar transmitter, simulation of electronic pulse signal, detectionand protechtion of fault condition, and real-time display and configuration of systemparameters.This thesis focuses and discusses on developing of Radar Transmitter DebuggingSupport Equipment (RTDSE) for airborne PD (Pulse Doppler) radar. Firstly, the thesisreviews the current situation and international development of RTDSE technology, andexpounds the intention and significance of developing the Equipment. Secondly, based onthis, it depicts briefly the operation mode of airborne PD radar transmitter, combined withtraditional military high-power controlling system, analyzes the operation principle of theEquipment ,and brings forward a holistic solution of the controlling system for theEquipment. Then, according to the holistic solution, the thesis introduces design ofhardware circuit and holistic frame of software, and aiming at developing the specialdebugging equipment, discusses the problems which come forth during operation and givehandling solutions for the problems.Finally, as the final point, summing-up is given to advices on improving the workmore.
