With the development of information building and network technologies popularization, more and more public service enterprises due to the changes of business and needs themselves, so their information applications softwares developed before no longer fit the new requirements. With the background of one customhouse checkpoint which its employed information software system cannot satisfy the current business and the new needs about the aspects of information communicating, resource share, work efficiency and handling easy have been offered, need to improve upon their original information systems , the paper describes the process of implementing the new information system for this enterprise.The paper treats of mainly the content of the equipment subsystem architeture designing. For the sake of convenienting for debugging and maintenance, making extendability and reducing the cost of updating or maintaining software, and yet owing to the fargoing applications about this kind of information system, requiring the technological restore about this species of software; at same time increasing the reusability, transplantability and scalability, so the paper constructs and actualizes a flexible applcation system architecture for the software system. It provides an referenced solving-scheme for quasi information systems. The paper aims those purposes and describes the analysis and implement of this architecture for the system.Proceed with framework analysis, the paper constracts the developing pattern, designs architecture:data access layer, business logic tier and presentation tier, and simultaneity frames component for public service layer. It introduces particular the key point about architecture analysis, the layout of data access, business logic and the realization of fuction modules within these layers. It also discusses the research of application design patterns, data interface planning and analysis of communication between layers, moreover combining ASP.NET technologies for presentation developing with user-defined controls to achieve presentation tier design. In the platform of Microsoft .Net development environment combining with mainstream LAN hardware, the result of system employed are shown preferable.
