Computer Lab Management System Research And Design

This dissertation is based on the surroundings of the campus net and deeply researches and designs the complex managing system of the computer lab. It explores and analyses the assessment and the decisive program of managing the computer lab. And it gives out the author's opinion. This design of the system can be called a little creative and is bound to be of wide and practical value.The managing system this dissertation states reasonably makes full use of the existing software and technology and accords with the universality of the computer labs, including the computer labs in our department (Leshan Teachers College). The design of this system overcomes the traditional method of managing the computer labs, makes the management of the computer labs more scientific, systematic, standard, convenient and accurate so as to greatly improve the quality of managing the computer labs, complete the assessment system and promote the computer lab assistants'managing skills and its efficiency. What's more, this can help the supervisors purchase the teaching equipment and control the whole computer labs.In this dissertation, the author, with his own working experience and the help of the large number of reference books and the bibliography, comes up with the definition of"Lab memorandum"which can more efficiently manage and maintain the computer labs; this dissertation designs a solution to the campus net with the combination of VPN and VLAN; it designs the managing system of an integrative campus net and comes up with a pattern of two-leveled net visiting controlling management; it comes up with a managing program of the charging system and non-person monitoring system, based on the campus net; it designs a program of the wireless net and the management of the strip-coding equipment; it designs a program for assessing the assistants. And it also researches such the following aspects as the cost and consumption of the equipment, the use ratio of the equipment, the error ratio of the machines, the load line and use ratio of the net, the demand of the software, etc. Thereafter, the dissertation reaches a conclusion of the relation of the use circle of the cost consumption and the use ratio of the equipment. With the application of the database, the dissertation designs the database of the computer lab informational database, the table of computer lab working load line, the table of the fixed capital equipment, the database of the accessories of the fixed capital, the table of equipment maintaining, the accessory table for the equipment, etc and codes some key fields in these tables.In this system we use some software such as DameWare NT Utilities,Mrtg,KeLai Network Analysis System,CodeSmith and Nettiers and quote technique such as Wireless Networked Control System,surveillance system,Accounting System,stripe codes System to solve our requirement.
