| This thesis introduces basic application of the Virtual Instrument technology used in instrument control domain. It presents the model of modern instrument control and GPIB interface standards. It analyzes the structure, principle and character of VISA and SCPI. It introduces the combination of the VISA and SCPI technology as I/O control of instrument in developing EMC automatic measuring project. It employs LabVIEW as application development platform because of its popularity, powerful function, simplicity of learning and programming.Using GTEM Cell to carry out radiated emission measurement is recommended by EEC 61000-4-20. This thesis constructs the hardware of radiated emission in GTEM Cell automatic test system. E7402 analyzer made in Agilent is used as a measure received machine and 82357A USB-GPEB interface is done as a gate of transferring data. Based on Virtual Instrument technology, this thesis contrives an automatic test system using LabVIEW language. This system can measure the total radiated power of EUT (equipment under test), calculate the radiated field of EUT on OATS.The system has so many advantages as friendly interface, convenient operation and complete function. Regard analyzer as core, we develop a soft which can analyze and dispose data automatically. The system can achieve to analyze electromagnetic radiated emission with data received form analyzer according to correlative technical criterion of IEC.The automatic test enhances test efficiency and precision, mitigates working intensity of testing personnel. Because Virtual Instrument is introduced into EMC test, applying modulating hardware and software, the system has such characteristic as short development period, high running efficiency, contemporarily good expandability and reusage. It also helps to decrease repeated investment and has better value of application. |
