| The remote monitor control system has the important significance in industry control field. In many industry cases, especially for some distributed and no watcher locale, we need to collect data at fixed time to know the locale situation in time, and then according to the situation send some simple control instructions. The realization mode of the traditional remote monitor controlling the other hand, the multi-CPU monitoring system, which is connected by single-chipped computer and PC machine through serial interface is widely used in the fields of industry and data monitoring. The communication way of these systems is always cable modem, radio station and soon. But their inherent fault limits the fields in which these systems are used.Therefore, the paper refers to a data collected system that based on GPRS. The system concluded four part of context: the firstly, the design of measured circuit of inclined-sensor. The theory makes use of the change of captivity which is changed by inclined, to change the measured voltage. According the theory, the clined is property of measured voltage. The secondly, the collected data of single chip machine. It is responsible of two facet work: 1), converting the measured voltage to the fix digital signal by A/D, and then sending it to the single chip machine. 2), connecting the serial communication to the GPRS wireless communication, and then sending the sample data. The thirdly, GPRS wireless communication; it is the first step to encode the GPRS DTU setup program, then setting the GPRS DTU. For instance, setting the receiver's IP address and received port. The last, network communication, coding the server terminate program, including: the local IP address, the remote IP address, port setting, data display.At the end of the paper, it is conclude the system's work and advising some suggestion to the next developing work of the system. |
