In the city public security, the loss that only caused by the fire every year for our country amounts to as much as several billion Yuan RMB. Whether the fire can be beforehand distinguished, found or perished in the embryonic stage and controlled in the minimum degree, and to be prevented before they occur, becomes a very important question to which the people pays much attention. Therefore the topic that the dangerous source intelligent identification and the accident simulates is proposedAs an emerging science, Geographic Information System (GIS) has been widely applied in the multitudinous domains, such as resource management, environment monitoring, disaster evaluation and the urban planning because of its unique spatial analysis function by the way which attributes and information is connected. The massive research work which had been done concerning GIS last century is to establish a huge space database, as well as establish all kinds of data and the spatial position, or the two and three dimensional coordinate relations. So it is without doubt a GIS revolution to promote and apply the geography computation (GC) in this foundation. The work the geography computation must do is to carry out massive significant analysis and computation and enable the data benefits to be promoted in the huge spatial database foundation, which is exactly a key question to be solved in this article.The article will generally analyze the methods on dangerous source identification graduation, and in the foundation combine the characteristics of dangerous source of fire, then decide to usethe method of dynamic identification graduation——fuzzy synthesis judgment. Further theauthor of this article proposes a method about dangerous source identification based on PSO and fuzzy judgment in the foundation of the method mentioned above. And one kind of method to simulate fire accident is proposed by the author.This article adopts a method of quantification to solve the relatively fuzzy problem about the definition of dangerous source in the present related documents and the standards, as well as the question of how to simulate fire accident. And in the combination of PSO algorithm and fuzzy judgment, the performance appraisal target about the fuzzy judgment method is proposed, as well as the appraisal rule sufficiency function.
