The heating furnace burning process is a complex industrial process. The features of multi-variable, nonlinear, large time-delay, changeable parameters, and hard in modeling are the major control challenges in the heating furnace burning process. The ratio between air flux and coal-gas flux is the key factor affecting the burning process. It is the key problem to set up proper coal-gas flux and air flux to ensure the heating furnace burning efficiency and make it in the optimum burning state.In view of the problems that the heating furnace providing unbalance temperature, cannot optimize air/coal-gas and has slow speed of control loop' response.This paper start form the technics of heating furnace analyzing the relation between the change of thermal value of gas and oxygen concentration and optimizing air/coal-gas, analyzing the relation between the change of the temperature of heating furnace and optimizing coal-gas flux, a optimizing model for the combustion system in heating furnace was developed based on intelligent control strategy to optimize the enactment of coal-gas flux and air flux.The double-freedom optimizing model and intelligent integration optimizing model have been used to optimize air/coal-gas and coal-gas flux respectively. And it realized the optimal control of the heating furnace burning process .In addition,the improved double cross limit model has been presented,asure the follow relation between coal-gas flux and air flux.And it accelerate the response speed of system,make the heating furnace in the optimal burning state.The industrial application of the intelligent optimization burning model was also discussed in this paper.And it was implemented with VC++ as its development tool on the platform of WinCC. The results of debug and emulational proves that the model improved stability of temperature effectively, and reduced the badness infection which thermal value of gas brings to burning calculation. In a word, it provides an efficient method for the optimization control in the heating furnace burning process.
