With lead-free development of international IT industry and IC chip technical improvement, the new request to electronic information products lead-free technology that is availability in reflow jointing have brought forward: jointing lead-free solders Making use of more advanced control method under the condition of high temperature, high temperature difference, temperature equation, temperature flexibility and perpendicularity bakes, to realize the goal of enhancing the products' quality and saving the energy. In order to more precision master and control the temperature characteristic, the dynamic mathematics model of multiple temperature zones automatic measure control System will be established in this paper, and the model validation , the model stability analysis and Control Strategies will be researched basing of this dynamic mathematics model.On the base of presenting the structure and the characteristic of multiple temperature zones reflow machine, with analyzing the process of welding, the mathematic model of inner heat source of multiple temperature zones reflow machine making use of the heat balance mechanism of conservation of energy law and Fourier law, on the base of mathematic model, three running conditions have been built basing on different running time, and the dynamic mathematics model will be established for the three running conditions ,the modulus matrix also be listed in detail.Simulated to the mathematic model be researched using of the scene temperature data, the compare of the simulated curve and the reality temperature curve indicated that the dynamic mathematics model and the multiple temperature zones machine' prototype have good compatibility, on this basis, the further research of the stability to the model will be analysis simply.establishing mathematic model has sometimes been for putting advanced process control, founding on this temperature control system, the genetic algorithm PID turning strategy have been brought forward. It can optimize the system model structure through the self-learning ability, and turn up the optimized parameter of the model. The paper utilize the step response simulate curves of the Integral-Separated PID algorithm to comparing to the effect, experiment indicate the genetic algorithm PID turning strategy more better than traditional PID algorithm, it has certain society and economic value.
