The four mainstays of education of 21st century are learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together and learning to be. The cooperative learning can achieve the four goals together, so it has become the hot research item in educational revolution. However there are conflicts in cooperative leaning, For example job is divided unfairly, blaming each other, unequal chances to participate, endless dispute. These phenomena reflect the conflicts between group members. If conflicts cannot be solved in time, the efficiency of cooperative learning will be affected.。In many cases students must learn to solve the conflicts by themselves, come to the agreements and achieve efficient cooperative learning. Because TV can cross time and space to show the interpersonal conflicts in a lively way, author produced an educational TV program Conflict Resolution in Cooperative Learning Process based on the theory of cooperative leaning, the theory of interpersonal conflicts, theory of educational TV program directing and producing and theory of observing leaning. The educational TV program of the same theme is not too much. This program can provide students in cooperative leaning a model of solving conflicts.The thesis investigates five types of conflicts in cooperative learning by the way of literature search. They are Cognitive conflict, values conflicts, mood conflict, interest conflict and role conflict. The author used questionnaire research method to get the materials of students' true experience. The author designed the Evaluation System of the educational TV program Conflict Resolution in Cooperative Learning Process. With the standards provided by the Evaluation System the author produced the program and evaluated the quality of the program by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation judgment. The program has been tested in South China Normal University's Educational Technology College among the junior students of communication major. With the attitude table and questionnaires to analyze the characteristic of the program evaluate the teaching effect. The thesis comes to the conclusion: Conflict Resolution in Cooperative Learning Process can reflect the conflicts in the process of cooperative learning can help students solve the conflict by correct modeling. The program can facilitate the leaning of conflict resolution and cultivate the ability of students to cooperate with each other.
