This paper makes use of principium of reflecting millimeter-wave, adopts the electroless preparation craft, takes PAN carbon fibre coated with cooper or nickel as technique approach, optimized selects the preparation craft of new material of interfering millimeter-wave with the help of orthogonat experiments, gives birth to material of interfering millimeter-wave which is carbon fibre to be coated with cooper or nickel in our laboratory. Through the SEM observation and testing of plating combining power and conductance about the new material of interfering millimeter-wave, the result we got is that plating which average thickness is about 2.7μm is tight and well-proportioned, plating combining power which is no less than 0.8~0.9kg/cm as is satisfied with the demanding, the maximal resistance rate may get 2.52×10-4Ω·cm as embody its excellent conduct ability too. Through Radar Cross-Section (RCS) testing of 3mm and 8mm, the data shows that the RCS measure data of carbon fibre coated with cooper or nickel in 3mm and 8mm frequency section is close to the theory data, and this new material of interfering millimeter-wave can provide with doughty ability to reflect radar wave band both 3mm and 8mm. Finally, with comparative analysis, we can acquires the conclusion that the reflecting capability of carbon fibre coated with cooper is better than the reflecting capability of carbon fibre coated with nickel.
