In modern warfare,the purpose of tracking targets precisely requires that radars shouldnot be only able to measure the targets with high rate,but also can classify and number themultitargets measurements simultaneously under the complex circumstances oftargets. However, at the present time, most practical fader systems can not identifytrajectories of different targets in clutters automatically.Most of the processes are mainlypractised by manually operation, and existing automatic mothods still have limitedprocessing ability.Based on an engineering project, this paper deals with a mothod that can order thepractical radar measurements automatically in the aspects of track initiation,maneuveringtarget tracking and data association.In order to satisfy the requirements of track initiationspeedily and correctly, by theoretical analysis,several algrithms about track initiation arecompared with each other and the steps of Revised Logic Method are proposed.Generally,since the non-cooperation adversary aircrafts have complicated movement dynamicsexcept in the period of cruise, adaptive tracking algorithms of maneuvering targets arecompared and studied,their different characteristics and apply ranges are considered toadopt the multimodel algorithm for maneuvering target tracking based on the CV-modeland "Present" model. An modified probabilistic data association is proposed to overcomeboth the unneutrality of multitargets processing by probabilistic data association and thedrawback of complication in joint probabilistic data association.As well as the theoreticalanalysis,the results of numerical simulation show the more satisfactory performances byusing algorithms proposed in this paper than by those in the former work.Finally, for simulation data, called near practical data in the paper, the simulation iscarried out to show the feasibility of the proposed algorithms,and can supply a referencefor the application in engeering.
