| The test table is very important for both the top and other inertia parts manufacturers and the customers. It is also a necessary primary equipment in the research of inertia field in our country.This paper introduces the structure and work principle of XXX-XX programmable-control digital stance simulator, analyzes the signal relation,builds the mathematic model of the table's control system, estimates the relevant parameters,gives the block diagram of its control system and does some proper simplification.The control strategy of its control system has been describled and analyzed. As the example of position control mode, the digital simulation has been performed and the simulation results has been given. From these results, the PID parameters effect on the control system has been discussed, the typical PID control defects and the corresponding resolution has been introduced. Finally the practical expertiment of the table's control system has been made and the amplitude and frequence characteristic curves have been drawn. On the basis of these the transfer function of the overall control system has been concluded approximatively and also performed the simulation. The result of contrast shows this test table has good static, dynamical performace and wide frequency range and matches the requirement of test. |
