Plot Design, Museum Exhibit

With the development of museum display industry, the major task of display design falls not only on how to guide and attract spectators but also on how to convey display information better.This paper mainly discusses plot design of museum display. It takes the display design of the Nature Museum of Gansu Provincial Museum together with other famous museums both at home and abroad as major examples. With the application of plot design in literature and drama as well as other concepts in architecture and behavioral psychology, this paper sums up some means for plot design of display space and tries to deal with the problems of lacking plot in museum display design.
