| The traditional cell movement research method was unsuitable in the technology fast developing period, it not only need some boring human manual operations but also be poor of retrying; the most important thing was that the traditional research method can not make the objective result since it used the physical and chemical operations, so it really need an objective and convenient method. It was no doubt that using computer vision and image technology to analysis cell moving was a good idea, objective and precise, can be systematic and integrated with the equipment easily, so more and more scientists who studied cell moving paid much attention to it. This was the background of the subject; the purpose of this dissertation was to build a set of theoretical analysis prototype about cell movement research, to provide new technical support for Cellular and biological study.In this paper the developing process of algorithm for the image sequential dynamic tracking has been minutely depicted. Firstly analyzing the theoretical basis for develop the algorithm of moving object tracking, to develop the prototype algorithm by combining the characteristics of the cell movement, secondly to improve the prototype algorithm according to the characteristics of cell structure. In the developing process of the algorithm, to analyze the degree of every parameter influence by qualitative and quantitative, and to display this influence in system program purposely. The system had been divided into several parts: image acquiring, image preprocessing, movement tracking, and result analyzing and saving. Every part had been developed its own algorithm, and had been evaluate the validity in experiment. The aim was to make the robustness of the system strong. Nevertheless, in order to making the reader easily understand the cell image movement tracking system, the author gave two or more solutions to every key question and the theoretical analysis process.In order to evaluate the validity and accuracy of the algorithm that was proposed in this dissertation, a prototype experimental system has been developed by using the software MATLAB, providing a suitable experimental platform to evaluate the algorithm. At last advantages and disadvantages of the proposed method in this paper had been given, as well as further research. |
