Image Denoising With Time Delay Are Non-mean Diffusion Model

In this paper,we will discuss the application of PDE in image denoising.It is our aim to denoise and preserve the details such as edges and corners in the image as much as possible. Firstly,we proposed a new time-delay regularization based anisotropic diffusion model by analyzing the moving of the level lines in the image. Furthermore, in order to solve the proposed model efficiently, we construct a semi-implicit numerical scheme by using finite difference method and estimate some important parameters.The numerical examples arc presented to show that our model can remove the noise very efficiently and preserve the fine structures very well.
