Based On B / S Structure Of The Tibet Military Sub-district Of The Armed Forces Departments Information Management System Design And Implementation

As the rapid development of computer network technology and database technology, these information management systems which based on the data network service has been increasingly application in all sectors of the society and in daily life ,and also has a related applications in the military. the development of troops now is in the process of changing that from mechanization to information ,and the level of information of the work would have a direct impact on the overall combat capability of troops. It is very meaningful for troops which stationed in Tibet to establish a information Management system Based on network, and it can effectively improve the efficiency and ability to cope with emergency situations of the troops. This paper try to develop a management system of advice and news which is accord to the actual situation of army and Tibetan areas that use Browser/Server model and Three-tier system architecture with Visual Studio.NET 2005 which is a development tool of Microsoft and base on Database Technology of the SQL Server 2005 and Programming Language of the C# which is started from my rich experience in advices work to solve these problems in advices work which has confusion nonstandard blurry popped and many information lasted in the process of managing to ensure these Collectors from grassroots collects and reports theses advices in time Greatly Improve efficiency of work .
