| With the growing of Internet, Video encode/decode, and RTOS, there must be a wave of security surveillance within digital video signal based on embedded system. After the analog-and-digital mixing stage, video surveillance system will inevitably be developed toward to digital, network and intelligent directions with the development of the industry of security.The main task of this paper is to develop and design a network security surveillance system based on the TMS320DM642. Firstly, the algorithm about moving target detection technology based on adaptive background is discussed after studying some of the correlative algorithms and methods. Secondly, a hardware platform based on TMS320DM642 is designed. And then, it is introduced that the design of the applications and structure on the DSP side, which is based on TI's DSP/BIOS and RF5. Finally, a algorithm on moving target detection based on this intelligent surveillance system has been achieved, which was optimized to satisfy the qualification of a real -time system. With the same purpose, the system has been optimized, too.Ultimately, a network digital vedio surveillance system based on DM642 has been developed by this paper, which is used for motion target detection. Besides the platform, an algorithm on moving target detection with adaptive background is designed and accomplished, which is integrated into this surveillance system. There are rich peripherals in the platform, which is facility to be added various modules for special functions or upgrading the system. The algorithm on moving target detection integrated in the system could monitor the input of video scenes, analysis image of scenes in real-time, and achieve the adaptive update for background. It is basic for the many image processings, such as tracking, identification, action analysis to target, and so on. The outcome of this paper is a successful step for an intelligent surveillance system to be used in our life. |
