This dissertation is derived from the project of the fire control system which is the sub-system of an aerial defence artillery system. The project which based on mosaic system aimed to realize distributed aerial defence system. Communication system is an important part of improved aerial defence system, and the key of the project is realizing high speed and real time communication between control cabin and equipment cabin. The guideline of research is high speed, accuracy and real time. The primary research content of this dissertation is design and realizing sub-equipment of communication system which located in equipment cabin. This equipment switched SPI data and ethernet data from one to another is divided into SPI master controller module and ethernet module. The equipment communicate with equipments in control cabin by TCP/IP protocol and communicate with equipments in equipment cabin by SPI protocol.Author research FPGA technique, PCI bus, X86 computer and develop the sub-equipment of communication system based on PCI bus. All of data is transported between FPGA chip and computer by PCI bus. The results demonstrate that the design meets the requirement.Research emphasis of this dissertation is FPGA design of PCI9054 interface module and SPI master controller module with RS code. We focus on RS decoder design and propose a high-speed and low-latency RS decoder based on pipeline. In more research, a new multiplex pipeline is presented and is used to design multi-channel RS decoder. The proposed scheme greatly reduce resources per channel. This multi-channel RS decoder is an important innovation. It has wide prospect and is convenient for secondary development.
