The system bases on the J2EE frame and adopts MVC development pattern; and the web tier uses Struts frame that takes charge of the flow control.This system transfers a teacher's general series resources which measureing up the SCORM standard curriculum to the platform, the teacher and the student may browse the curriculum which issued through this platform, these curricula may move between the SCORM standard platforms expediently. Regarding the different information technology level's teacher, this system has given two set of solutions, to the level high teacher, may use specialized tool Reload Editor manufacture high level the curriculum content package, then issue the platform again; to the level common teacher, may hand in some documents such as HTML homepage, Flash, GIF ,upload the platform, and produce curriculum by inputing the related description words, and then issue the platform. At the same time, through the discussing room, teacher knowledge appraisal system, teacher knowledge map, the teachers obtain tactic knowledge which contained in the teacher, and pack knowledge to the SCORM standardard files, which will provide a more effective way to gain the transmission, share the tactic knowledge.
