Design And Implementation Of Web-based Plc Remote Laboratory

According to the request of education informationization development, under the consideration of the situation about Chinese college laboratory, based on the view of the network of laboratory teaching and remote control of laboratory equipment, this paper conducted the research and design to the distance laboratory, finally realized the PLC distance laboratory based on Web technology.The paper studied the development trend and structure featureof distance laboratory ,then proposed the design proposal of the distance laboratory , including the overall design, design of hardware architecture, design of software, design of communication; During the study of technique of website design and the method of web server's building, the distance lab website design proposal were proposed and realized; After the research of the remote access solution based on the WinCC Web Navigator, the distance laboratory's real-time data display module and the equipment administration module from distance were designed; The paper studied and discussed the distance laboratory's security from the different point of view.Through the utilization of advanced computer technology, multimedia technologies, simulation technique, profited from the design concept of the Simens TIA, with the aid of Tomcat, Microsoft SQL Server, WinCC Web Navigator, SIMIT, this system achieved the crasis of the industrial ethernet directed net and information network, constructed a distance laboratory with remote control, monitoring, management as one, and used the JSP technical to complete the distance laboratory website. This system manifested the characteristic of education informationization: openness, sharing, interactive and cooperation, there was concernful significance in the laboratory construction.
