Knowledge Of The Field Of Library And Information Service Capabilities And Evaluation Research

With the development of knowledge services, how to conduct an in-depth research on the theory are gradually getting more attention from experts and scholars who work for intelligence. Theory of knowledge services is very helpful for further study on intelligence; a perfect theory is needed to support knowledge services to help to improve knowledge services.On the basis of current research on knowledge, I introduce the capacity theory into the idea of knowledge services, and summary the content, architecture, evaluation system and method, and other issues of knowledge services capacity. Then, I divide knowledge services into stages using excellence model theory. Both the evaluation system of knowledge services ability and excellent stages of knowledge provide proposals for the development of knowledge to promote the development of knowledge services by leaps and bounds. Finally, we choose a target organization for empirical studies to validate our knowledge in building the capacity of the feasibility and evaluation system.The perspective of research on the capacity of has strong guiding significance for intelligence to practice knowledge services. It is also a bold attempt to the research on knowledge services. The most important significance of building the capacity of knowledge services are re-ordering factors to knowledge services and giving sufficient attention to the factors of tacit knowledge which have been neglected. Only in this way, knowledge services even the entire field of Library and Intelligence may get a leap in quality. On the practical significance, we can also use this set of evaluation system to measure the capacity of knowledge services and knowledge services and then to reposition service capabilities referring to excellence stages so that we can improve knowledge services.
