| Science and technology projects management is a sort of the daily work for all departments of science and technology projects management, while the first segment of it is the application of science and technology items. Due to the differences and frequent changing of the requirements s and the processes of application in various departments of science and technology projects management, it is certainly quite important and meaningful to research and develop a new business process platform which is applicable to the demands and processes and also can support the dynamic reconstruction and quick development for the projects application.Basing on the professional analysis of the characteristics of the domain of network project applications and the business process, meanwhile adopting UML and the theory of network role,in this thesis ,it has copiously analyzed the domain of projects application and set up an organization model, a information model, a function model, and a business model of this domain.; then, by using techniques of the design pattern and procedure abstraction, such as MVC,Abstract Factory,Template Method to set up an uniform system of the management of field-oriented integrated business of project applications finally, according to the framework established by the platform structure and considering the specific requirements of college's scientific and technological award application projects, achieved the rapid development of the system of this kind of applications.During the process of system implement, some key techniques have been discussed in this thesis, such as procedure abstraction, role and authority management dynamic interface building and so on. In order to implement the uniform streamlined network platform management of science and technology plan projects integrated operations, a network security configuration of the platform was designed, which guaranteed the high efficiency of security and reliability of information in multi-level and multi-function.The business process platform for the science and technology projects application researched in the thesis has been popularized and employed in the department of science, the department of education, and various departments of science and technology projects management. With the help of this research, the quality and efficiency of the application management has been virtually improved, simultaneously the management work of science and technology projects being regulated. All these contribute to the improvement of work efficiency to the departments of science and technology projects management. |
