High-Consequence System is high risk,so incident often result in disaster.Peoples spend much more cost to insure this kind of system's safety in any normal or abnormal environments.The UQS is one of the key constituents of Enhanced Nuclear Detonation Safety,should comply with many principles strictly. This page mainly study the principles and technology which can maintain the UQS character of the likelihood of normal or abnormal environments duplicating or simulating the UQS is vanishingly small.First,brief introduces the system surety Engineering process and safety theme.Cites some examples of the ways in which dependence can increase the likelihood of inadvertent unique signal pattern generation;then introduced three-sigma extreme-value statistics method.Gives a mathematical model for dependence communication.Based on the principle of unique signal generation,preposed UQS' communication principles,which were composed of each UQS event must be communicated individually; there should not be any form of pre-stored knowledge of the correct pattern of the UQS in the UQS communication channel;Each UQS event must be processed the same as all other events,and proved and exemplied separately.Potential dependence among events(caused by a variety of communication protocols) has been studied.Current digital communication protocol cannot satisfy the requirement of independent communication.Learned the digital communication protocol layered structure,and suggests that communicating each unique signal "event" at the highest level of protocol in the communication system minimizes dependence effects.preposed the each event for one unique signal need to be sent as one event per message,so dependence be minimized,quantitatively assessed that effection for the maximum probability of inadvertently generate a UQS according to average partition or run length partition send UQS.Consider the niose can affect the communication of UQS,changing the events type.Developing the three-sigma extreme-value statistics method.Event-error correction,chained-event encryption and event parity check method,in which dependence can increase the likelihood of inadvertent unique signal pattern generation validity in abnomal enviroment.Proposed select principle of the communication entity of unique signal event.Through enumerated counterexample,UQS' communication principles can resistance to threat of dependent effect.Proposed a Non-Unique Signal for test and training.Proposed two kinds of scheme for assurance the character of unique signal in communication.
