By using several different operations, such as transformation, cutting and culling, the appearance and geometric structure of scenes, illumination model, reflection properties and kinetic characteristics can be determined.Single image reconstruction technology is the most simplified method of image modeling, which uses human's experience to achieve image vanishing points interactively and calculate camera parameter via geometry method. This technology can simplify calculation and reduce programming complexity. It has its unique advantages. For the 3-D modeling technology of using only one image, vanishing points can be obtained by interactive method, and the final 3-D reconstruction can be achieved after the calculation of camera parameters by geometric method. The key technologies of Single Image 3-D Reconstruction are discussed and developed in this paper, which are:1. Basic tenets and models of image-based modeling techniques. We introduced the fundamental principle of modeling techniques, compared the camera model between Computer Vision and Digital Photogrammetry and discussed some knowledge of Projective Geometry and Stratification Reconstruction.2. Interactive modeling based on single image. By using projective geometry, this paper applies the vector characteristics of homogeneous coordinates to the intersections calculation, and presents a novel algorithm of simulation of perspective projection of spatial parallels. This algorithm can extract the parallels intersections of planar projection images quickly and precisely. After the acquisition of vanishing points, detailed analysis of how to get the camera parameters is given on the combination of Computer Vision and Digital Photogrammetry.3. Investigation of texture mapping based on OpenGL. Rested on the mechanism and principle of texture mapping and correction related with stratification reconstruction, test software is developed and different images are tested correctly. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Perspective Geometry, Homogeneous Coordinate, Vanishing Points, Texture Mapping, Intersection Fitting | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
