Therefore, the competitions of information searching service between inland telecommunication operators are extremely fierce. On the basis of traditional "114", China Netcom continuously develops fresh contents, such as catering navigation, product search, incoming call transfer and so on, to enhance customer service quality. China Telecom introduces a "Best Tone" service in order to extend and develop traditional number querying service, so that it meets all kinds of potential information searching requirements from customers. Under the environment of rich customer demands and fierce competitions, it becomes a question for discussion to China mobile, that how to enhance mobile information searching product competence.After an analysis of mobile customer information searching needs, this dissertation author applies an object-oriented software method to design the position finding subsystem. By using mobile 12580 information searching service and mobile position finding techniques are well combined in the subsystem. The position finding subsystem satisfies customers' instant surrounding place searching requirements, such as hotel and shop search, in which China Mobile's "Customer First" concept is well expressed. It not only increases information searching service quality and customers' apperceives, but also enhances enterprises' competence of Call Center product.The position finding subsystem is a core part of the "Mobile Comprehensive information service" product. It is made up of four segments: IVR Entering Module,Service Managing Module,LBMP Module and Query Statistic Module. The IVR Entering Module provides a log in gateway to customers and controls voice-play flow. The Service Managing Module is the operational UI of customer representatives. It carries out customers' position finding and surrounding place searching flow control. The LBMP Module is a portal to LBMP system in which it implements position finding and surrounding place searching functions of the Service Managing Module. The Query Statistic Module implements a function to register all customer query records. |
