China Telecom Commercial Pilot Knowledge Management Platform To Build

Knowledge economy time has come; knowledge becomes the basis of improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. Currently, as such knowledge management platform is basically developed for a specific business, customization functions are relatively high, and low technology content, all of which affect the platform to quickly access the new business systems. Then, how to use three-tier structure and the distributed design pattern to build some core sub-systems of the platform including document management, project management, business process, customer management, system management and so on is discussed, which focuses on unified interface design and database design based on web services combing with document management subsystem. Finally, data mining and access type for the outer system of the platform are discussed.
