Quality Information Management System Based On Rfid Applications In The Electronic Manufacturing Companies

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an advanced technique of Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC). The advantage of RFID is it can read data without physical touch. The AIDC of data completes the working of gathering original data. As a technology of AIDC, RFID solves the problems of low speed, high rate of error code, hard and repetitive workings that exist in manual data input, and it provides an efficient method for computerizing in quick and accurate data entry.The AIDC can be implemented in the warehouse and SMT (Surface Mounted Technology) production when the RFID be applied to the process of electronic products manufacture. It can improve the quality management and reduce the management cost of manufacturer.This paper contains:1. It introduces and studies the sort, characteristic and application area of RFID, get the conclusion after compare RFID with the other AIDC technologies.2. It choose the RFID reader and label, design the configuration of data of label, design and introduce the qualify information control system base on the analysis of manufacturer's quality management requirement.
