| Network course, as a carrier of network education, is a key element determining the quality of network education, and it plays an increasingly prominent role in the network education. Various universities and remote-education units and companies have successfully developed a large number of Network courses, whose construction has made great achievements, but there remain a lot of problems. For example: the simple remove of textbook knowledge or a substitute of the blackboard; ignoring the transfer of tacit knowledge; unideal construction of knowledge, and so on.Applying Knowledge management to network-building courses is a new area of research in educational technology in recent years, and knowledge management provides a new perspective and new idea for the design and development of Network courses. Network courses based on knowledge management focus on knowledge acquisition, sharing and exchange and emphasize the transfer of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, and eventually reach the knowledge innovation. The aim of writing this article is to apply the theories, methods and technologies of knowledge management to the design and development of Network courses, and to foster learners'ability of knowledge management. Knowledge management theory plays an important role in guiding the development and construction and improving qualities of Network courses.This article analyzed the present status and development of Network courses by using the document research method, consulting a number of periodicals and books, and collecting a large number of related papers. Also investigations have been carried out about the content related, including the basic issues on knowledge management, such as its connotation and extension, knowledge transformation, knowledge management strategy, facilities and etc., In addition this article brings forward the basic principles and strategies based on knowledge management network curriculum and introduces a network course called VB programming language. This article is composed of five parts.Chapter I: Introduction. The main thesis is to demonstrate the background, the aim, the significance of the research, methodology and the structure of the paper.Chapter II: the theoretical basis for knowledge management. I will introduce the meaning of knowledge management, the core points of view, the strategies of implementation, as well as the applications of current knowledge in the management of information technology to education .Chapter III: Knowledge-based network management curriculum design. Explore the superiority of knowledge management-based network courses and put forward its design principles and design strategies.Chapter IV: Combined with the development of the VB programming language, the article will introduce the detailed construction of the network courses which are based on knowledge management and discuss the specific process of the network course with examples.Chapter V: summarize the whole essay, point out the shortcomings and inadequacies of the next step and make a prospect in further study. |
