The File Management System Based On J2ee Design And Realization

Since the 1990s, especially in the new century, Information has become the trend of the times with the development of information technology. The foundation of the "Information Highway" has changed the mode of production, methods of work, learning and way of life by a amazing speed. It also deeply changes the mode and form in the field of education. In the 2003, the Ministry of Education issued a guidance document of E-school and stressed the importance and urgency of E-school. The proliferation of electronic documents is the direct problem in E-school. It brought a new challenge in archiving documents. So the construction of an archive management system which has corresponding abilities became an urgent problem to be solved.This article analyzed the development and significance of archive management at home and abroad, combines the research of document integration, application integration and construction of several University management information systems, raises up an Archive Management System which is based on J2EE adopting Struts frame and accords with the direction of modern file management norms and document integration. It also discusses the design project and implementation strategies at a modular components angle, and implements the system initially. Its design accords with criterion of J2EE and Struts and implements the benefits of the B/S structure that installation and maintenance are not necessary. Document integration, code reusing, data sharing and application integration are reflected in the system. It explores a new road to constructing campus information system.
