Regional E-government Collaboration Office Platform Design

Through 10 years construction, we have had some achievements on Governmental Automation System, but there also appear some problems: The low-level overlapped constructions; Application that is lacking of information source development; Weakness on info sharing; Service that can not match those requirements, low standard problem and so on.At the moment, our country's electronic governmental-affairs office system is not designed from top to down, and each branch has his own style, and the local government build up their system respectively. So the research to regional Office System is very important. In the local government (regional government), the most common is OA office system, which solves the business for department to distribute their documents, but it still can not satisfy the necessary function, so the regional government should have a combination network of OA and each Business System, which builds up a cooperative regional governmental office platform.First we analyze the background and status of the regional governmental automatic office platform, then we start from the basic business of a cooperative regional governmental platform, we give an integrated analysis of their requests and demands, issuing a general logical structure and design clue for this cooperative platform. Then, we mainly focus on their functions to design the software's structure. For example, the design as follows: directory source, public source configuration platform, business procedure management platform, data exchange and sharing and contents data management, etc. These platforms will form up a cooperative Office Application Supporting Platform, and the other business will be rapidly built on this supporting platform. Therefore, we will put stress to discuss this part. Finally, I give a conclusion on the design of the cooperative regional governmental office platform.
