Enterprise Call Center (Call Center) building is an enterprise to improve their service quality, and establish a corporate image of the important ways. And its system of agent system (CSR) is a business directly with corporate customers to communicate and interact a "window", the construction of CSR system will directly affect the quality of customer service agents to provide the quality, and quality of service is good or bad seats will be a direct impact on the business customers in mind the image of enterprises, developers and businesses tend to invest in this system to develop more energy. In recent years the company's business growing and refining, agents, the demand system changes rapidly, so call center CSR system and the expansion of higher demand, it also requires a higher tenure system maintainability and lower maintenance costs.Papers project to a company as an example, the design and implementation of the MVC model based on the CSR system, which mainly include:CSR system to a demand analysis, including general business needs the system operational requirements and system performance requirements.The overall design of CSR's software architecture, interface layout, and system technology framework, the various functional modules completed the detailed design and the logical database design.Using Java to achieve three core functionality of the system.MVC with java and Web design to the existing structure can CSR system from the past extensive, arbitrary software design approach. The results showed that application can significantly improve system stability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
