Non-contact Ic Card Interface Circuit Implementation And Design

Non-contact IC card(also RF card),it includes RF ID recognized technology and VLSI technology[1].Transmitting energy and data by the radio way,it solves two problems for card:energy source and non-contact transfer. Interface circuit is one of the important parts of non-contact IC card,and it changes the card communication method with outside from contact way to non-contact way.This thesis introduces one non-contact interface circuit of IC card.(by ISO15693 agreement;working frequent:13.56MHz)This chip has been implemented with HHNEC O.18um 1.8V/SV CMOS 2P3M process. The circuit is a very good interface of non-contact circuit by testing.
