| The vigorous development of IP voice communication systems brings more and more value to the enterprise. So this system's development becomes a focus in the world.This thesis is focused on the IP voice communication systems which based on the enterprise's communication method and adopted the Unified Communication (UC) platform mode to analyze the existing problem in domestic VOIP platform. It summarizes architectures and applications which are included in the IP voice communication systems, and provides a management solution for this system. And the baseline of the paper is the docking upgrade of traditional PBX which based VOIP technology and IP-PBX mode to design a new type of communication platform. This article analyzes the underlying reason of the effect, efficiency and competition from the upgrading of communication platform.Finally, this article takes Avaya IPT communication platform as a case which is used by Vanke co., LTD. to analyze characteristics of IP-PBX mode on system integration and voice/data exchange framework, which makes it as basis and takes the technology of H. 323, QOP, LSP and so on to design and carry out the 'Vanke Unified Telephone'. It builds a set to realize the IP voice communication that is not only used all around the country, but provides the application of intelligent platform of mobile communication base IP, business collaboration, the VOIP monitor manager, the VOIP fault and performance manager as well.To upgrade the communication platform, it makes more benefits, improves high efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise. In a word, the communication platform realizes the core competitive aim. |
