Since the day invented, computer has been changing the world all the time. Nowadays, computer technology is widely used to make our life much more flexible, convenient, quick and efficient. Traditional test examine database management system is manual. There is lots of disadvantage in traditional system. It is not only wasting storage space seriously and consuming a lot of manpower, but also losing justice to some extent. And all of the work is done by people. However, paperless test examine database management system overcomes those disadvantages. There are such features that question is selected and modified easily and the database needs little storage space. Now, it is the inevitable trend.The purpose of this paper is to design a examine database management according to the feature and request of paperless test examine database management. By system teachers can manage the system easily and do such operations as add, delete, modify and search. If a teacher gives the right parameters, the system will make paper automatically. The teacher can also change those questions which are not satisfied. At last, save the paper in a word document. It adopts discrete random variable function of the binomial distribution to establish the mathematical model and select questions at random.The system is based on B/S mode and realized on the platform of Eclipse, using Tomcat as the server and Oracle as the database.
