Interactive Distance Learning System Is Developed

With the development of information times,there is a great need in rapidly and high-efficiently conveying and using information resources.Modern distance education,which is based on the information transmission technology,imparts knowledge through optimizing and combining technologies.It has a lot of characteristics,such as popularity,individuality,cooperation,mutuality and so on.It can give people the learning chances in different time and in different places.Now Web techonolgy,providing ways of sharing data,is widely uesd in the world now.We all know that database technology is a powerful information managing system.Web database,which has combined these two technologies together,is the most poweful tool in dealing and sharing information in the modern times.In this article,to start with,I analyzed the present conditions and the problems of modern distance education systems.Then follows the great importance and necessity of developping distance education system of RTVU in the future.Based on it,an analysis about the core functions,system flow and the design of the subsystems is performed.Among the discussions on the genetic algorithm technology,I laid special stress on the advantages of distance test system which uses genetic algorithm.To finish,I simply summarized the development of the distance education system.
