Urban lighting are the major municipal infrastructure construction.Lighting status of the operation,maintenance and management level,can better reflect the image of the city and the modern.Therefore,the city construction of wireless lighting control system,lighting facilities for large-scale remote monitoring,lighting control has become a city to modernize the management of automation and required an urgent solution.The author,based on the current status of urban lighting system and monitoring the development of the investigation,analysis of urban lighting wireless monitoring system to the specific needs,designed to support a wide range of wireless communication channels,monitoring intelligent,user-friendly interface of urban lighting wireless monitoring system.The system is based on C / S model of multi-channel communications platform,using a variety of advanced technology,to achieve a comprehensive functions.In the communications server software used in data queue forward technology and communications technology,implementation support a wide range of wireless communication channel communications,including wireless private network and wireless public network(GPRS,SMS,USSD and CDMA ).Monitoring software at the client,the use of remote telemetry and monitoring terminal initiative alarm technology,implementation manual and automatic telemetry functions;using software from time to time the remote control technology,surveillance terminal local control technology,illumination value acquisition technology,light-control deadline technology and light-control postponed the deadline for technology,achieve light control and time-controlled switch that combines light control program;the use of Short Message Alarm and school GPS technology,implementation unattended system function and precise lights switch function;in the software interface on the display,using the bitmap approach of geographic information technologies,achieve the city's lighting of digital information, visualization,location-based features.The system has been in the country in dozens of widely used medium-sized cities, received favorable comments,and has had good social and considerable economic benefits.
