| In this thesis, the writer introduces and summarizes the concept, domain, and relevant theories of e-Learning in a systematic way. Taking S company human resources interns as the study target, the writer works to find out their performance gap, analyzing causes, taking intervention measures-an intern e-Learning system. The writer employs the performance technology in the process of the system analyzing, developing, implementing and evaluating to find out the gap between the current situation and the ideal situation, what's more, to reduce the gap.This thesis is to explore the effectiveness and efficiency of e-Learning to the improvement of temp staff and interns' performance, satisfy the Learning needs of different levels of employees, and build the atmosphere of self-study. Thus it will improve the performance of Human Resource department. Moreover, the thesis also summarizes the gains and loss of the case, to provide reference and inspiration to other researchers. |
