Independent Study Based On Web2.0 Personal Knowledge Management Research And Design

The 21st century is a knowledge explosion century. With the rapid development of the Internet, traditional education has to be faced with more and more challenges in terms of learning method, resources; support etc. While e-learning is becoming the new favorite method for learners. It is necessary for educational researchers to study on how the learners can effectively utilize the Internet to improve there learning performance. As a potential technical and social environment, Web2.0 not only contributes to the management, organization, and sharing of learners'existing knowledge, but also promotes the creation of new knowledge. Knowledge management aims at the creation, utilization and sharing of the right knowledge by the right people in the right way and at the right time. knowledge manage in knowledge-base economy to the individual is lain in helping an individual to build professional knowledge system ,is perfects the individual knowledge truss is improves personal society competition thereby, is makes individual be in a catbird seat in society competition, is that individual sustainable development lays a solid foundation.The research of this paper based on the knowledge management theory, Social constructivism theory, Six Degrees of Separation theory, team learning theory and some other theories, use Object-Oriented program design methods, Analysis university students PKM net platform Feasibility and Requirements from the Intelligence Features, non-intelligence features, Characteristics of the study, technical and environmental aspects, Combine with Web2.0 social ideology and open software, more important, design and develop a personal knowledge management platform of network. This platform is a multifunctional stronger, more focused, simple and easy exchange platform of network.This system adopts C/S(client/server) software system structure and Asp.net-the Programming language with SQL Server 2000 as back ground database. of course,the design and development of this system is just an attempt,if it can bring a little enlightenment to the readers,it will makes me overjoyed.This article main value has two point :First penetrated thoroughly individual knowledge management and their process; Next aims at the question which present individual knowledge management software exists, has designed a set of brand-new individual knowledge management system, namely the PKM system frame model, this new management system has attached importance to the functional exploitation exchanging and sharing aspect to knowledge on having absorbed the now available knowledge management software merit basis.Due to the time limitation, the research of knowledge obtain, knowledge map, semantic web, intelligence agency and platform applications still need to in-depth study, the development of system function will improve in the future.
