With the rapid development of the multi-sensor data fusion technology, the multi- sensor management comes into being. It can be seen as a process which manages and cooperates the multiple sensors in dynamic, uncertain environment to ensure that the sensor is scheduled and allocated. So it can balance and optimize the sensor resources according to the objective environment that's faced and energy resource constraints as well as the target type.This paper describes the concept, scope, principles and designs the blueprint and framework of multi-sensor management. It also gives the analysis and design of the sensor management algorithms in light of the actual battlefield environment. So the algorithm can be widely used in different situations. The main work is as follows:Firstly, the concept of time window is introduced to solve the problem of low rate of scheduling success and time utilization in adaptive scheduling algorithm. On this basis, this paper designs a new adaptive scheduling system and thus enhances the success rate of sensor scheduling and the time utilization of each scheduling interval.Secondly, this paper brings priority judgment into sequence of request events in dynamic, uncertain environment, and applies the target priority to measure the target level of threat. Thus the limited sensor resources can be reasonably utilized.Thirdly, this paper improves and designs the key technology of multi-sensor management methods based on Linear Programming, and introduces AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to the process of multi-objective priority ranking, thus, it establishes the foundation of the efficiency function and the waste function and solves the reasonable distribution programs for multi-sensor and multi-target system through the optimization model.Fourthly, this paper carries out the simulation experiments in light of the factor values from the process of data fusion, then establishes the efficiency function and waste function to calculate corresponding results according to different weights, thus, it fixes the optimal distribution programs through the result comparison for different weight selection.Lastly, based on the analysis of sensor management algorithm, the paper designs the sensor management simulation system according to the module and object-oriented design thinking.In a word, the paper analyses the sensor management algorithm and carries out the simulation experiments. These optimization algorithms which involves in both macro-management and micro-management can be used in sensor management simulation system. Accordingly, the sensor resources can be reasonably utilized. |
