The electronic equipment became more efficient and less volume gradually with the development of the electronic science and technology, so that power system had new development. And also, because of the development of the space science and military technology, the electric equipment had to work well in the nuclear radiation environment. The thesis had proposed a multi function PWM control IC on the base of the studying of the power manage architecture. The IC is implemented by 4um BJT process with other functional blocks including high gain OP, oscillator, voltage reference source, output mode select, etc. It has widely application in the isolated and non-isolated structure. Meanwhile, the IC had considered the functional degeneracy because of the radiation environment, so we strength the IC for anti-radiation.Firstly, in the thesis we had study the structure of the switching power supply, analyze the working principle, the action and characteristic of the PWM control mode. The IC is divided into OP, oscillator, reference, dead-time comparator, bias circuit, and output selecting sub block. Meanwhile following the general index requirement, we design the circuit at transistor level, conduct function simulation to optimize the parameter, finally create a simple switching power supply topology to verify the correct of the function.Then we study the fabrication procedure of the BJT process, analyze its characteristic. And then we study the principle of radiation, analyze principle of the radiation degeneracy, meanwhile we design some strength method for series anti-radiation which called low dose in the space application.We layout it.The chip had the following electrical index: a 5v reference work between -45 and 125 degreed. The oscillate frequency is 1k to 300k. The error OP's gain is 90dB. The same phase output duty is 96%, the compliment phase output duty is 48%. The highest output current is 200mA.
