Individual Medical Insurance Management System Design And Implementation

Medical insurance is one of the five basic social insurances in our society, and is an important part of the national social security system. With the improvement of Chinese social security system, the scope of medical insurance is increasingly expanded, and the medical insurance policy is therefore reformed and improved. Medical insurance is not limited to urban workers. It also benefits individual economy workers. In order to improve management level of medical insurance, to bring convenience to routine service and business, and to accomplish modern and scientific management, it is necessary to build up a complete and safe information management system.Because of the limitation and speciality of medical insurance, there is at present no general corresponding software, which has to be developed based on the details and requirements of the target. This dissertation discussed about a medical insurance management system of individual economy personnel, which is developed according to actual situations of Luzhou. At present, this system has been put into use and contributed to the informatization management system for individual economy workers.The details of this dissertation are listed as follows:1.Analyzes the background and importance of the project.2.Introduce the policy regarding to the system, and the techniques and tools as well.3.Introduce the whole process of the system, the aim and strategy of the system development, and the function and design characteristics which the system should accomplish. The demanding of the system is also analyzed in detail.4.Discuss the design and realization of the important module of the system, on the basis of the demanding analysis.5.Introduce the result of the tests and implementation of the system, and forecasts further improvements of the system.
