Chinese word segmation is the first working procedure of any Chinese study. So it is important. No other than overstepping this obstacle, the Chinese language study can have intelligence. I discuss automatic analysis of contemporary Chinese and introduce Chinese word segmentation's application and several common Chinese word segmentation's arithmetics:maximum match method,converse maximum match method,maximum probability method and Chinese name identifying. In order to analyze data of segment, I designed a system. It includes several aboved arithmetics. So we can study expediently.Based on aboved result, we know advantanges and disadvantages.We analyse the result of segmentation.We can apply it.
