| Orbit for the complexity of the vibration such as high temperature,strong electromagnetic interference happened in the process of electromagnetic,a king of optical fiber system in measurement of the deformation based on a differentiating interferometer can work normaliy in this complexity situations was designed.The principle of the differentiating interferometer was analyzed in detail.The system was componented by differential interference contrast optics,optical signal processing circuit,data acquisition and processing software.Optical system for induction deformation was consistsed by lasers,optical fiber couplers and delay of the signal.The actual measured signal was analyzed.High-frequency response of the AD8011 was used for produceding two high-speed computing amplifier for photocurrent signal amplification.4-channel 12-bit high-speed data acquisition card be used for data acquisition.Software demodulation technique was used for resolving the deficiencies in the frequency and amplitude when we used hardware.Software demodulation algorithm was designed by the mathematical model of differential interference.The demodulation software with the function of phase unwrapping phase was prepared by VB.The PZT Dynamic Response Drive Circuit was designed for debugging and calibration.Debugged experimental by PZT and actual measurements were done.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that,The deformation state of the measured object can respond by the measuring system bitterly,and the system has a good anti-interference performance in environment of strong electromagnetic fields and temperature changes. |
