Industrial Sewing Machine Controller

With the development of needle trade, the technology of industry sartorius has entered the machine united electricity stage.At present, sewing quality and efficiency has been the pursuit of sewing industry. Industry sartorius is an important kind of sewing equipments, but most of the sartorius controllers using in our country are imported. Thus, developing the high-speed industry sartorius servo control system has a view of academic and reality.The dissertation has studied the structure, control strategy, hardware and software design about the industry sartorius servo control system. On the basis of detailed analyzing the principle of industry sartorius and BLDCM servo control technology, designes the overall scheme.The dissertation introduces the structure and the working principles of BLDCM, analyzed the control strategy with the practical situation—fast respond and no high-accuracy requirement for speed ,choose the subsection reformative velocity and current PI control strategy.The problem of system accurate braking is analyzed and calculates dynamic line of speed and angle to achieve the accurate braking.According to the requirements of industry sartorius and the following series sewing equipments, the hardware has the MCU LPC2138(ARM7 core) as the core controller.Using the PWM module in LPC2138 generates a PWM wave whose pulse duty factor is adjustable, and it can control the voltage to control the speed.The phase commutation of BLDCM is controlled by CPLD.The IPM PS21564 composs the power drive circiut. In addition to some anti-interference technique is applied, a suit of single, trustworthy and high efficiency servo system hardware circuit is achieved.Using the C and ARM assembly language to degisn the system software, the module design method is adopted.The system software includes main program, velocity controlled module, multiple sewing module, accurate braking controlled module, IAP module, human-computer interaction module etc. The controller meets the requirements of technical indicators for industrial sewing machine, and has been a good application in industrial sewing machine.
